On the first full weekend of November each year, area artists gather to present their latest original creations at the Rattling Gourd Arts Festival. Rattling Gourd is a juried show of fine arts and fine crafts. Named for a Native American resident of this area before it became Chattooga County, this festival honors a rich tradition of creativity and appreciation of the arts and artists in this community.

From sculpture to paintings, pottery to photography, wine tables to woodcarving, furniture to jewelry, fiber art to baskets, there is something for everyone at Rattling Gourd.
